CIP-Zero System - patented
For zero waste-water discharge

The CIP-Zero system is further configured to process and recycle the water and cleaning agents used in the CIP process, whereby minimal or no wastewater is released from the system. The CIP system preferably comprises a plurality of recovery tanks for storing cleaning agents and/or water and a plurality of processing apparatus fluidly connected to the tanks of the CIP system. The processing apparatus are configured to process the water and/or chemicals such that they can be reused in a CIP process. The CIP system and process may be further configured to provide an e.g. animal food, solid waste, fertilizer or bio-fuel product from a solids solution obtained during the CIP process.

Heat Pipes are fully sealed, passive two-phase heat transfer devices that take advantage of a fluid's high heat of vaporization, to achieve extremely efficient heat transfer. A heat pipe is comprised of an envelope, a wick structure, and a small amount of working fluid.

Gasifier Project - patented

In summary, gasification has inherent advantages over combustion for emissions control. Emission control is simpler in gasification than in combustion because the produced syngas in gasification is at higher temperature and pressure than the exhaust gases produced in combustion.
